Terms & Conditions
All our offers and contracts are subject to the Terms & Conditions, including all specific modules of ICT~Office, version 2014, submitted at the Chamber of Commerce Central Netherlands under reference 30174840. These Terms & Conditions are available in the attachments, or on request at your contact. The Terms & Conditions of the customer do not apply by default. Terms & Conditions cited in any proposal take precedence above the Terms & Conditions of ICT Office. Various modules of the Terms & Conditions of ICT Office may apply. Modules including secondment, management, maintenance or rent may apply depending on the nature of the offering.
Delivery:
Delivery is completed postage paid to your address.
Delivery time:
Delivery of all goods takes on average 2 to 4 weeks
Pricing:
Prices are quoted excluding VAT (21%). Changes in pricing are reserved.
Invoicing:
Hardware, software and support are invoiced immediately after delivery at your location or a Dovilo location.
Project hours: monthly prepaid
Subscriptions: quarterly prepaid
Payment due:
Payment is due 14 days after invoice date.
Validity Period:
Offering is valid for the minimum term of 2 weeks, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer sent to you.
